Christine Valencia is a Business Information Security Officer at TD Bank serving as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity and privacy risks for Platforms & Technology. Prior to joining TD, she spent over 20 years in cybersecurity and technology in the Financial Services industry and Big 4 advisory firms. She has led multinational cybersecurity projects in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. specializing in information security strategy, technology risk management, and data privacy.
Christine has an MSc in Technology Management from Columbia University with a concentration in Cybersecurity. She also obtained a B.A. in Communications from Fordham University. In the Fall of 2021, Christine returned to Fordham and served as Adjunct Professor in the MSc in Cybersecurity program. She is an avid soccer fan and supports animal welfare.
