Our third branch of government, the judiciary, acts as a check and balance to the legislative and executive branches. Every critical industry in Infragard relies on the Judicial Branch and on the associations which make the Judicial Branch function. This presentation delves into the historical role bar associations have played and the role they continue to play in the digital age.

I am an attorney with a background in civil litigation and criminal defense. I graduated from law school in 2012 and have engaged in a number of areas of law. I currently primarily work as a panel attorney with the Kansas Public Defenders and the Criminal Justice Act panel for a federal court. I am licensed in Missouri, Kansas, District of Kansas, Western District of Missouri, the Board of Veteran Claims and Appeals, and Washington D.C. Prior to being a lawyer I served in the Armed Forces.
